Japanese-style pilaf prepared without using soy sauce. This Japanese-style pilaf is cooked based on the Western culinary practice, which is available only from Shiseido Parlour.

Japanese-style pilaf has always been prepared using soy sauce… If you have been preoccupied with this stereotype, you may be astonished by this cuisine. The secret to this fusion flavor, somewhat Japanese and somewhat Western, is the sauce used as seasoning for this dish. The rich sauce infused with the flavor of meat is complete after three days of reduction. The fragrant roast beef gravy is added to rice and garnished with plenty of the Japanese herb “Mitsuba” (Japanese honeywort).
