     - Must read before the reservation -

・FARO accepts reservations for the current month until the end of the next 2 months.

・If you are late to your reservation time, definitely inform us via phone call. If we are unable to hear from you more than 30 minutes, we may cancel your reservation.

・Please let us know each person's food allergies or dietary restrictions at least 2 days before your reservation. Depending on the ingredients, we may not be able to meet your request. We ask your acknowledge in advance.

・If there is a problem to contact your e-mail address or phone number, we may cancel your reservation.

・If you cancel on the day of your reservation, you will be charged the full amount of the meal (tax included, service charge not included).

・We will contact you to reconfirm your reservation. If we cannot confirm your reservation, the reservation will be cancelled.

・We have a dress code and smart casual is recommended.

・Children are also charged for the regular menu at dinner time. ※ Infants are not allowed.

※ Please be sure the quantity of the diners and the chosen courses are equal (e.g. Please choose 2 courses for 2 people reservation). If you make the reservation with wrong numbers, we may ask you to cancel the reservation and make a new one.
