Born and bred in Ginza, Tokyo, this cheesecake is made with cream cheese produced in Denmark, enveloped and baked in an aromatic biscuit base made from Hokkaido-grown wheat flour. How to use :
Slowly pull apart the middle section at the top of the bag in the direction of the arrows.
2. Tuck in
Tuck in the brown handles so the filter pack can be set upright on a cup.
3. Mount on cup and pour
Fit the handles onto the rim of the cup and make sure they hold steadily. Pour a small amount of boiling water onto the coffee grounds, just enough to moisten. Allow to settle for 10 seconds. Pour the remaining amount of boiling water in 2 or 3 increments to brew about 140ml of coffee.
-The use of hot water requires care. Use on a stable surface and take care to avoid burns.
-After brewing, drain before discarding.
-A packet of freshness preserver is contained in the package to keep the coffee fresh. Please note the freshness preserver is not edible.
-Brew promptly after opening.
-After brewing coffee, remove the filter bag from the cup, drain the grounds of excess water, and discard the filter bag.
